Return Policy for Bisque Collection
We only accept returns of products purchased from Runtal directly. Items must be returned within 30-days from the purchase date in the original packaging and it is the customer's responsibility for return shipping charges. All returns are assessed at a 20% restocking charge.

Shipping
We ship our products though the 48 contiguous states either by Ground UPS or by Common Carrier. There is a charge of $40 per product for those items that may be shipped UPS and $150 for the first product and $40 for each additional product for those items that must be shipped by common carrier.  For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, please call customer service at 1-800-526-2621 for a quote. Shipping time is immediately to 4 weeks
