If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We can only accept returns of products purchased directly from us. Only stock products and finishes can be returned. This includes the EB series baseboard and EWP series wall panels in Runtal white, all towel radiators in Runtal white, the Fain in stainless and the Neptune in stainless and chrome.
Items must be returned within 30-days from the purchase date in the original packaging and it is the customer’s responsibility for return shipping charges. All stock returns are assessed at a 20% restocking charge. Products in standard (other than Runtal White), optional, and metallic finishes are custom-made and are not returnable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
