Return Policy
We can only accept returns of products purchased directly from us. Only stock products and finishes can be returned. This includes Hydronic and Electric Series Baseboard and Wall panels in Runtal White (RAL9010R) and all Steam products in white ( RAL9010R). Optional colors are not returnable. All towel radiator models provided in Runtal White (RAL 9010R) and both the Fain and Neptune in stainless and chrome are returnable.

Items must be returned within 30-days from the purchase date in the original packaging and it is the customer’s responsibility for return shipping charges. All stock returns are assessed a 20% restocking charge. Products in standard (other than Runtal White), optional, and metallic finishes are custom-made and are not returnable.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
